1. Personalised & Handcrafted Products
All products made by Wrapped by Yogini are handcrafted and made to order. Every Heirloom Tableau and accompanying product — including seeded wish cards and keepsake boxes — is personalised specifically for you.
Because of the bespoke nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive damaged in transit.
2. Design Proof Approval
To ensure you are completely happy with your personalisation before we begin making your order, we will send you a black and white digital proof showing the wording layout for your Heirloom Tableau.
Please check the following carefully:
You must approve your Design Proof within 24 hours of receiving it. Production will not begin until we have received your written approval. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we may need to delay your order.
Once you have approved your Design Proof, we are unable to make any further amendments as production will commence immediately.
3. Items Damaged in Transit
We take great pride in the quality and packaging of every item we create. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please:
We will assess each case individually and, where transit damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund. As all orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and insured services, we will raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf for any items damaged in transit.
Items can be returned to us either by hand delivery or via Royal Mail. For Royal Mail returns, we will cover the cost of return postage for items confirmed as damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked service and we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Personalisation Details
When placing your order, please double-check all spelling, names, and details carefully before submitting. We will produce your Heirloom Tableau exactly as specified in your order.
A Design Proof will be sent to you by email before production begins. It is your responsibility to check all details carefully at this stage. Once your proof has been approved, Wrapped by Yogini cannot be held responsible for errors in the personalisation details provided.
Please note that the font size and layout of your Heirloom Tableau may vary depending on the length of the surname provided. Where a surname is longer, the font size may be adjusted slightly to ensure the best possible fit and presentation on your sign. This will always be shown clearly in your Design Proof before production begins.
5. Colours & Screen Variations
Every screen and device displays colours differently. Whilst we take great care to represent our products as accurately as possible in our photographs, the actual colours of your Heirloom Tableau may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is particularly true as each sign is individually hand-crafted.
Please note that all product images on our website show original handcrafted Heirloom Tableaux presented against AI-generated backgrounds for styling purposes.
6. Lead Times & Delivery
As all items are handmade to order, please allow up to 5 working days for production before dispatch. During busy periods this may be slightly longer — we will always keep you informed.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and insured). Once dispatched, please allow 48 hours for delivery. Whilst we aim to dispatch within the stated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided at checkout. Wrapped by Yogini cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
7. Order Cancellations
As all items are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production will have begun and we are unable to offer a cancellation or refund.
To request a cancellation, please email yogini@wrappedbyyogini.com as soon as possible with your order number.
