Welcome to Wrapped by Yogini. These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries, orders, and services provided by Wrapped by Yogini. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. About Wrapped by Yogini
Wrapped by Yogini is a bespoke gift presentation service based in the United Kingdom. We specialise in luxury gift wrapping, handmade Shagun envelopes, wedding favour boxes, and corporate gifting services designed to elevate the presentation of special gifts and occasions.
2. Enquiries and Orders
All orders begin with an enquiry to discuss your requirements. As many of our services are bespoke and tailored to each client, details such as colours, materials, quantities, timelines, and delivery arrangements will be agreed prior to confirming the order.
3. Deposit and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and begin work on your order.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before items are completed, collected, or dispatched.
Wrapped by Yogini reserves the right to delay or decline work if payment terms are not met.
4. Bespoke and Handmade Items
Many of the items and services offered by Wrapped by Yogini are handmade or custom-designed, including gift wrapping, Shagun envelopes, wedding favour boxes, and corporate gift styling.
Due to the bespoke nature of these services:
• Designs, colours, ribbons, and finishes may vary slightly
• Once production has begun, changes may not always be possible
• Bespoke and personalised items are non-refundable
5. Wedding and Event Orders
Orders for weddings, celebrations, or large events (including wedding favour boxes or Shagun envelopes) often require advance preparation and the purchase of materials specifically for your order.
For this reason:
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
• The remaining balance must be paid before the agreed completion or delivery date
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
We recommend placing event orders well in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and completion.
6. Corporate Orders
Wrapped by Yogini offers tailored gifting services for businesses wishing to present gifts to clients, colleagues, or special events. Order details, quantities, and timelines will be agreed in advance to ensure the presentation aligns with your requirements.
7. Lead Times
Lead times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Wrapped by Yogini will provide an estimated timeframe at the time of booking.
8. Rush Orders
Orders requested within a shorter timeframe than the standard lead time may be considered rush orders and may incur an additional charge depending on the urgency and availability.
9. Customer-Supplied Gifts
Clients may provide their own gifts or items to be wrapped or styled. While every care is taken when handling customer-supplied items, Wrapped by Yogini cannot be held responsible for damage to delicate items or items that are already fragile when received.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our services:
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun
• Completed bespoke items are non-refundable
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
11. Collection and Delivery
Orders may be collected or delivered depending on the arrangement agreed at the time of booking.
Wrapped by Yogini is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services once items have been dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
12. Faux Display Items and Photography
Some images used on our website or social media may feature faux or display boxes used for styling purposes only.
The gift wrapping displayed in images is created by Wrapped by Yogini; however, some backgrounds or styling elements may occasionally be digitally generated to enhance the visual presentation.
13. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and creative work produced by Wrapped by Yogini remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced without permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
Wrapped by Yogini will take every care in preparing your order. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, delays outside our control, or damage occurring after items have been collected or delivered.
15. Changes to These Terms
Wrapped by Yogini reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
